Now in 360°: Ticketero Takes Seat Views to the Next Level

Rotate the view and explore your seat before you buy it

Choosing a seat shouldn't feel like a gamble. One of the most common questions when buying tickets is simple: what will I actually see from there? Until now, most platforms answered with a diagram and a section number. At Ticketero, we want fans to answer that question with their own eyes.

Ticketero already offered seat views so fans could see what they'd get from their location. Now we're taking the next step with our biggest addition yet: interactive 360° panoramas from key points across the venue, letting fans explore the space as if they were already sitting in their seat.

Faithful 3D Models of Every Venue

Both the seat views and the 360° panoramas are generated from detailed 3D models of each stadium. We digitally recreate the venue, with its geometry, stands and stage or field, and from there we extract each section's images and the 360° walkthroughs. The result is a faithful representation of the perspective a fan will have, without relying on photos taken seat by seat.

When fans see a faithful preview of what they'll see on event day, buying confidence goes through the roof.

Views From the Seat

As customers explore a venue's sections, they see an image of the perspective they'll have from that area: proximity to the stage or field, height, angle, and how it relates to the rest of the venue.

This removes one of the biggest doubts in the buying process. Instead of imagining the location, fans see it before they pay.

Until now these views were still images. What's new is the ability to move inside them.

  • Accurate perspective for each section
  • Better sense of distance and height
  • Fewer doubts before checkout
  • Faster, more confident purchase decisions

The New Feature: 360° Panoramas

The standout addition in this update is the 360° panoramic view. From selected points in the venue, fans can rotate the view in every direction and explore the space as if they were already sitting in their seat.

It's the most immersive way to understand a seat before buying it: the user controls the camera, looks toward the stage, to the sides, and up to the stands, instantly grasping the quality of the location.

We began rolling this experience out for the 2026 World Cup matches, one of the most anticipated and high-demand stages of the year, where every seat counts. This is only the beginning: we'll progressively add 360° views to more events, venues, and experiences.

Designed for High-Demand Events

Ticketero's platform powers ticket distribution for thousands of live events worldwide: sports, concerts, theater, and premium experiences. Both seat views and 360° panoramas integrate with the rest of our venue technology, such as interactive section maps, real-time seat availability, dynamic pricing and mobile and desktop purchasing flows, without sacrificing speed or performance, even during high-traffic sales.

Built for Promoters, Platforms and Distribution Partners

For promoters, venues, travel companies, and partners using Ticketero, these views elevate the storefront experience with no complex setup. The new visual layer works across the entire ecosystem: white-label ticket storefronts, API integrations, B2B distribution platforms and travel and experience marketplaces.

Better Experience, Better Conversion

When fans see a faithful preview of what they'll see on event day, buying confidence rises and decisions get faster. By combining interactive maps, 3D motion, seat views, and now 360° panoramas, Ticketero keeps building tools that make buying tickets simpler, more visual, and more trustworthy.

Our goal remains the same: helping partners distribute events, experiences, and travel at scale while giving fans the best possible purchasing experience. More platform updates are coming soon.
